The Crest: Photos we took of the 4-Bedroom "Villa"

This is a 1,604sqft, 4-bedroom "Villa" unit.

The first thing that struck us as we enter the showflat: The display shelf across
from the private lift is "mobile" to create a partitioned space between the
private foyer and the main door access to the common lift lobby.

This is especially handy as a storage for bicycle and other stuff that
you want to hide away from the common eye - a rather ingenious idea.

The odd-shaped living/dining area actually worked to the advantage of the unit
(for a change), as it demarcated the areas nicely.

You get a spacious kitchen and a fridge that the wife will approve (size-wise)

You also get a yard space that is one of the largest that we had seen in awhile.

Another excellent idea is the folding door for the utility room, which frees up even more space in the yard area.

The common bathroom and bedrooms are tucked on one side of the apartment, away from the living/dining area to ensue privacy.

The bedrooms are all very generous sized, despite the odd-shape.

The master bedroom is spacious but looked a tad smaller than what we
had seen in the 3-bedroom "dual key" apartment. And the luxurious
master bathroom is comparable to those found in 5-star hotels!
